If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

Items must:

• Be unworn.
• Be in their original packaging.
• Show no signs of damage or misuse.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, earrings may not be eligible for return once worn.

Personalized or custom-made jewelry cannot be returned unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
